New Market Tax Credit (NMTC) and Community Development Entity (CDE) Advisory Services
One Louisville (“One Louisville”) is seeking a qualified entity or individual (“Company”) experienced with the federal New Markets Tax Credit (“NMTC”) Program to provide consulting services relating to the formation and operation of a Community Development Entity (“CDE”) and the pursuit of NMTC allocations to benefit eligible low-income communities throughout the Louisville Metropolitan area. One Louisville anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services described herein. Proposals are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).
