One Louisville is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization and the official economic development organization and regional chamber of commerce for the Louisville, Kentucky region. One Louisville was formed on March 1, 2026 through the merger of Greater Louisville Inc. and the Louisville Economic Development Alliance.
Mission: To accelerate economic growth across the Louisville region through new investment, talent development, and expanded opportunity for all.
Vision: The Louisville region has become the best place in America to build a business, a career, and a fulfilling life.
